Subclass 820/801 Onshore

The Partner Visa subclass 820 and 801 visa allows the spouse or a de-facto partner of an Australian citizen or a New Zealand citizen or a permanent resident to reside in the country. The Subclass 820 is a temporary visa while Subclass 801 is a permanent visa. If you wish to apply for Subclass 801, then you need to be a holder of Subclass 820.
